Alvin Hwang B.Sc., LL.B

Alvin Hwang is a founding partner of Hung & Hwang LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. His experience in Real Estate Law focuses on residential and commercial real estate matters where he has acted on numerous transactions for purchasers, vendors, and lenders on acquisitions, financing, and disposition of properties.

Alvin’s practice also covers Business and Corporate Law which includes incorporations, joint-venture agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, bulk sales and other commercial agreements, as well as Wills and Estates.
