Karen Hung   B.A., LL.B

Karen Hung is the managing partner of Hung & Hwang LLP and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.  Karen’s real estate practice includes the purchase and sale of property, financing relating to both institutional and private lenders, title transfers, survivorship applications, and other matters relating to real property.

Karen’s practice also focuses on Wills and Estates, which includes the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney for property and personal care.

She is also responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s long term strategy with the objective of creating both client and partner value as well as the business aspects for the firm including client services, technology, and operational processes.
